DOOGEE has just announced a new smartphone in its BL series which is the BL5000. We have not known about DOOGEE as a brand but the company certainly produces some interesting looking smartphones and the BL5000 is certainly one among them. The smartphone has just been announced by the company and the pricing, as well as availability details of the smartphone, have not been revealed yet. However, the specifications of the phone have been revealed and they are no less than ones found on the other flagship smartphones. Talking about the smartphone’s design, it is similar to the HTC U11’s back which is highly reflective. Also, the company says that the phone “reflects unique radiance with every movement.”
Talking about the specifications of the smartphone, the DOOGEE BL5000 features a 5.5-inch Full HD display which is claimed to offer 650nit of brightness. There’s also a layer of Corning Gorilla Glass 5. Also, the camera on the smartphone consists of 13MP dual camera setup on the back, PDAF, soft flashlight, and the now-ubiquitous blur effect. It also offers 2x lossless optical zoom and 8x digital zoom. At the front is an 8MP selfie camera with 88-degree wide angle. The BL5000 is powered by an octa-core chipset which is hooked to 4GB of RAM, and 64GB of onboard storage. Talking about the fingerprint scanner on the phone, the smartphone includes a DTouch 2.0 as well as 4G+.
Also, the smartphone’s design has a very interesting new feature which is the smartphone features an 8-curved design for the BL5000. Basically, the company has curved all the sides you could see to provide you with a better grip. As far as the color options in the smartphone is concerned, the smartphone is available in Midnight Black, Marine Blue, and Maple Gold.
